poster idea/examples-major project

I have done various shoots and produces copious amounts of images that didn’t make the zine, the reason why they weren’t used could have been they weren’t strong enough or didn’t match or relate. I came up with the idea of creating a collage/poster sort of piece, where it can be a variety of images I wanted to use. I have really thought about how I am laying it out, I can imagine it being quite a mix match of images that will hopefully come together quite nicely. I wanted to find a few examples before creating mine to see how it could potentially go. This is a skateboarding poster for an example, theres loads of different activities happening in all the photo’s, this gives hope with what I can create with all my left-over images. I really like the idea of having a CD in the middle of it all, this gives me the idea of downloading my whole project onto a disc, and potentially doing something like this. As the poster was such a late idea itself, I will have to see if I can have enough time to achieve all this.

I found a Led Zeppelin poster that was made by an artist, it appears to be made out of all different memorabilia such as posters, drawings and photographs etc. I do really like how it looks overall, but theres a certain aspect about it that Im not sure will work with my images. I will definitely have a go at creating something similar just to see what looks more to what I want from my poster.
